Oh, sorry to yell....
But I just never know what to call this current Legion.
Reimagined? V5? WaK? Is there a poll? What's the consensus?

I'll go with the majority.

Don't know, but "reimagined" is too long.

I agree.
I also don't like WaK because it sounds like "whack", like "Crack is Whack." If I was a creator on a book, I wouldn't want people to call it whack.

Yeah, I'm not warming to the term "WaK" either (how about "WaKit"? just kidding...). Steve Wacker might not mind it [Wink] ...

We might just have to go to volume numbers - what is this? five? Maybe this is the "punk Legion" ... "the 75K"... maybe future issues will provide an appropriate moniker.

Sounds like Devo. "WaK-it good!!!"

"Threeboot" would be descriptive without being pejorative, like "Archie Legion." It IS the third such continuity, broadly speaking.

"V5" is short, pithy, and also accurate, and will be what the Overstreet Guide uses to describe it.

How about BaM? Use their first initials instead. I'll probably wind up referring to it as v5.

It's WaK to me (Waid and Kitson, and the initials are also an homage to Steve Wacker).

WaK is the creative team.

v5 is the series itself, which may or may not outlast WaK.

What we need is a good name for the continuity, which will likely outlast the v5 moniker, if one can infer from the previous two continuities. "Threeboot" sounds reasonable to me.

As the book continues, a more descriptive term for this era may present itself.

I'll stick with v5 for now.

Nah, call them the "Grandpa" Legion. As in "this is not your grandpa's Legion" and "Eat it, grandpa!"

Interesting question. I would lean toward WaK, if only because I tend to define eras by their creators ("Levitz era", "TMK", "DnA") rather than volumes (I get confused). Threeboot is growing on me, however.
