The Ikonns and the Peril Men are obvious jokes about Carl Icahn and Ron Perelman, two billionaires/corporate raiders who interfered with Shooter's attempt to buy Marvel in the early 90's, and largely drove Marvel into bankruptcy.

Could L.B.O. Firms and Junk Bond Kings be responsible for Jeckie's predicament? Judging from the issue out this week this appears to be true. I bet you Timber Wolf takes 'em and flosses his teeth with their veins. Then Jeckie throws the best wedding that OPM (Other People's Money) can buy.
