It has no effect at all on Kryptonians but causes bizarre things to happen to earthlings who have french-kissed Kryptonians. Exposure to fuschia kryptonite causes Lois to split forever into 2 people a la Duo Damsel. And one of them is..... FEMbrain!!!!
