In a recent interview with Newsarama, Geoff Johns implied that in the 31st century, while the Corps may no longer be around, there are two Green Lanterns running around.
One is Rond Vidar. The other?
Johns is hush-hush about who this may be. Myself, I was wondering if it might be Universo back when he was just Vidar the GL. But knowing Johns, whomever it may be will be a surprise and twist.
Any thoughts?
Also, I shamefully admit that my knowledge of Legion lore is a tad incomplete so what exactly have been any appearances of the GLC during the Legion's time other than Vidar and son?

There have been about half a dozen Green Lanterns from the Legion's time featured over the years. From the Pre-Zero Hour Legion:
Xenofobe, from DC Comics Presents #295, sought Superman's help in restoring the future after a battle with the Time Trapper.
Vidar (later Universo), Galte-Re, and an unnamed Durlan were involved in the incident that led to all Green Lanterns being banned from Earth, early in the Legion's history.
An unnamed Durlan (the same one as above?) once offered his assistance to the government of Earth when Computo was running wild.
Rond Vidar was secretly Green Lantern of Earth sometime after his father's expulsion from the Corps.
Celeste McCauley once helped a dying Green Lantern, which later led to her being charged with Emerald Energy herself.
During the 5YL Trial of Polar Boy, memorable reference was also made to the rule prohibiting Green Lantern on Earth when Tenzil hit Brek with a yellow custard pie, thus proving that he was a secret Green Lantern due to his helplessness against the color yellow.

Post-boot there was a crossover with Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner). His descendant, Cary Wren, helped Kyle and the Legion battle a group of theives disguised as fake Lanterns. The planet OA is "gone", and so is the GL Corps, but Guardian Ganthet appears to Cary to give her instruction in using Kyle's ring.
And in the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st Century cartoon related comic, there are GLs aplenty, along with a young girl dubbed "Teen Lantern", whose real name is "Jordana Gardner". Brainiac 5 mentions there are GLs on both sides of her family tree, obviously alluding to Hal Jordan and Guy Gardner.

Interesting that there are only two. Long shot, but what if GL's are now like Jedi - there being a master and an apprentice and that one of the Legion will be a new recruit...?

I've never been thrilled with tight 20/21 -30/31 C connections, so the fewer GLs the better, IMHO.
As I've said before, my ideal 30/31 C GLs would be a small, insular group seen as an archaic religious cult, generally discredited in the eyes of most worlds.
I'd make hints at something devastating happening to the Corps circa the 22nd century, but never fully detail what it was.

Geoff Johns has confirmed that Rond Vidar is still a Green Lantern, yet also mentioned that there is one other active GL in the Legion's time. Obvious candidates would be Celeste (MacCauley) Rockfish, Cary Wren (Kyle Rayner's descendant) or even Jordana Gardner fron the TV tie-in book. But having just read the GLC TPB about the black ops division of Oa known as "The Corpse" starring a Durlan named Von Daggle--could Cham secretly be a ringslinger? Anyone else have any other suspects?

All good choices but some other possibilities are Mogo (?) the GL that's a planet, or perhaps Rond & Laurel's child from 5YL or even Rainbow Girl or Color Kid.
Could be interesting if it turned out that Laurel Gand was not only a relative of Lar's but also of the Daxamite Lantern that is the new Ion in the current GL universe. That would make their child a double legacy Lantern.

Not Rainbow Girl, Johns said she just taps into the Skittles Lantern force without really knowing or understanding what it is.

I dunno. I could live with the Speed Force, but this Lantern Force thing -- sometimes a magic ring is just a magic ring.

I imagine the "other" Lantern will be a new character.
I don't think it will be Xenofobe, although that would be a great nod to fans. I don't think Johns is *that* adept at Legion history. Hell, as I was rolling over the list of possible Lanterns, I forgot all about Xenofobe until Michael mentioned it.
It would make sense to me if he is a she. This could be a way to introduce Kinetix to this preboot universe. After all, when we talking magic artifacts, Zoe'd have to not exist in that particular universe at all to not be right on top of it.
The other choice, if we presume it's an existing character, would be to look to someone with an indomitable will, and/or no fear. Who that might be, however, is hard to say.

Could also be the Emerald Eye of Ekron or even Ekron himself! (In search of his eye, of course! )
