Who do you think voted for who in this surprise election?
Brainiac 5 sounded surprised when he announced Chuck's election, so we can assume that *he* didn't vote for him.
If I remember correctly, Lightning Lad and Colossal Boy had surprised reactions, too. Is my memory correct?
I think we can further assume that Triplicate Girl voted for Chuck.
That leaves:
Cosmic Boy Saturn Girl Phantom Girl Timber Wolf Ferro Lad Superman Bouncing Boy Dream Girl Element Lad Sun Boy Tyroc Blok Shrinking Violet Brainiac 5 (probably didn't vote for BB) Lightning Lad (ditto) Colossal Boy (possible ditto) Triplicate Girl (pretty definite check in BB's column)
I'd guess that Brainy voted for Cosmic Boy (or Superman), Garth for himself, and Colossal Boy for his fellow CB.
Am I leaving anybody out?

I would guess most of the girls voted for Chuck because of his romance with Triplicate Girl!
Except, of course, Saturn Girl, who voted for Lightning Lad.

Superman probably voted for Chuck. It would be in character for him to recognize Chuck's qualities before anyone else.
