At one time I began to try to construct a timeline for this Legion similar to the one from the 2995 handbook. It would have started off with "in 2973 Cosmic King, Saturn Queen, and Lightning Lord overthrow the White Martian who had rule the last 1000 years and take over the galaxy." I was mostly going to populate this Legion with already established villians or people who could be villians. "In an adventure to the past, the Legion inducts Dev-Em." You know, that sort of thing.
