Thanks, Tempest, it's been a long time in the making! Check out the dates on the individual posts! I hope to finally finish really soon with two or three more chapters. Then I'll be on to part two!

Thanks, Darden. The story turned out even more tense than I first imagined it would be. I wasn't quite sure how to end the Mordra backstory, then the whole idea about the knives came to me. I wasn't sure I should go there at first. It certainly was an exceptionally dark place to take things. In the end I decided the story really needed that extra punch to it.
