Love the little orbiting whatever-they-ares around Atmos. That would have been a far cooler distinctive visual than the missing underarms (although I see you added those too!).

I guess if you have to be missing a point-of-attachment between limbs and torso, the underarms are the least horrible choice.

The disadvantage of lack of armpits is that they are a major release point for pheromones. Fortunately, Atmos makes up for that with the whole creepy "dominating wills" power.
