"Wait'll dear old daddy gets a load of us!"
Well, it certainly appears as thought Johns is going to be going out with a bang.
The really interesting thing, from a Legion fan perspective, is that it is implied that Sun Girl is from the future.

You think? I was thinking about the multiverse angle, myself. But, then, I don't know how long white Martians live, so anything's possible I suppose!

Dirk's always been a Man-Hussy, hasn't he? So in the Adult Legion stories Megan is the Principal of the Reform School for Delinquent Daughters of Legionnaires?
You should see Ultra Boy's Daughter, talk about a problem child.
That explains the bitterness.

Do you think that Slade is shooting up all of the Titans East members?
I'm wondering who the heck Riddler's Daughter is-- I thought for a minute she might be a figment of Duela's imagination, but Risk's dialogue eliminates that possibility.
Sun Girl gives me the same feeling that the L.E.G.I.O.N. series did-- an 'uh-oh- this could be good or else it'll be crap... but either way it could end up tarnishing/diminishing the role of the 31st century tales' feeling. Anyone else have this?
Strangely enough, the stuff with Starman and Dawnstar over in JSA *doesn't* give me that feeling, nor does Drura traipsing around in TALES OF THE UNEXPECTED. That just makes me fanboyishly giddy.
Taken all together, though-- clearly something's going on...
I wonder what Risk has been up to the past year-- he looks like he's lived *rough*. He's aged about 10 years to the other characters' one.
It'll be interesting to see the drug-addled Titans East facing off the coalescing Titans from San Fran. Obviously, some of them will be joining the team proper when this is all over. Wonder which ones? (I'm for Risk, Sun Girl and Duela... maybe Kid Crusader, too-- wild thought, could he be a recently-converted Osiris? In any case, a devout Christian hero is uncommon.)
I look forward to seeing the effects of the drug dissipate, when we can see 'who' these characters are as themselves.

Her name has been given as "Deborah Morgna", and I believe she has been described as "an ancestor of Sun Boy", but whether that turns out to be the case, we'll have to wait and see.
