So, *were* there any?

I guess Jesse Quick was created in the 90s, so she might qualify.

Weeeell, I think Argent is kinda cool. They at least explored her a little more than Risk/Joto/Prism/giant alien guy. I'm shocked Prism and Joto are still walking and aren't in sickbay with armsfalloffRisk. Then again, #6 of IF is around the corner...

Then there's always that silver guy that was actually a little alien kid in space. Why, he was so interesting I can't even tell you anything other than that he lived and died in the 90's!

Mentor or something? Yeah, he was so lame that even the 90's though so...

I liked the rebooted Teen Titans of Risk, Argent, and Johto. I didn't care much for the teenaged Ray and Prism...or the big monster dude.

Had they just been regular super teens, I think it would have worked but making them all half-alien was boring stuff.

"Non-crappy Titans created in the 1990s! "

An urban legion, my friends.

Jesse deosn't count, in my mind, as I associate her more with the Flash books than the Titans. Didn't kbow she was one until this thread.

I got nothing.

Jesse Quick first appeared in the short-lived Justice Society of America series in 1992. I haven't followed the Titans in a long time, but wasn't her career with them very short?

From what I can tell on Titans Tower, she was a member from 1999-2003.

1999 doesn't really count as being in the 90's, since comics in general started to improve by then [Big Grin]

Sadly, not for the Titans though...

She was still *created* in crappy 1990s, even if she didn't become a Titan until the Crap Age had passed!

For a woman born in the 1920's, Liberty Belle pulled off quite a feat, giving birth to a daughter in the 90's.

I may be in the minority but I liked Phantasm.

Sadly, the Crap Age never passed for that iteration of the Titans. The Peyer/Kitson stuff held promise, but it was too late.
