We never saw a body, with that Kole death-scene, so I remain happily in denial. (And how about the villain decay on those shadow demon thingies? In Crisis, it didn't matter if you were invulnerable or intangible or whatever, if one touched you, you *died.* No saving throw. They were uber-scary! I always thought this was weird ... since he is a lot more durable than a branch, unless the sons of Trigon ... punched through his chest and then hung him carefully on a branch which was the same same as their fists.
what gross images though, who comes up with this and then ... the artist actually agrees to draw it. Alan Davis said in a panel he has no interest in doing stuff like this.
Donna Troy's death scene is actually really disgusting to me.

I was reading all about Charlie Parker and there are all these creator quotes about how he was a useless character and nobody knew what to do with him, and there were so many characters like him ... so they couldn't wait to kill him ...

I've been thinking about the last two issues of Titans and Roy turning down Lian's resurrection.
Did Roy really move on from Lian’s death, and considered it a travesty to bring her back?
Or did he just want to destroy the Methuselah Device because he wouldn’t be able to look his daughter in the eye with the things he’s done?
