I bought the new Sojourn yesterday and about half of the pages were duplicates! Was this a national phenomenon, or did I get a mutant copy?

Gah, I hope not. I didn't look through them at the CBS yesterday, and my sub service won't be sending mine 'til the beginning of next month. CrossGen needs this like they need another hole in the head...
Think I'll e-mail DCBS, and see if they can't send me a good copy...

I checked on this. The comic book shop where I bought the comic says all of their copies are like this. Another branch, owned by the same company, said all of their copies were fine. I just got lucky, I guess. (NOT!)

Did they attempt to make things right, like get you a good copy from the other branch, or at least let you return the defective copy for a refund?

My copy of "Sojourn" 29 had no duplicates. (Unless you count the four gorgeous females mauling Gareth on the cover!)

Yes, they let me exchange it. I took it back and they gave me a good one - which I made sure I checked before I left the store.
