i really liked isis, i thought she should have won, she literally, was a model that tyra had already selected. she LOOKS like a model. i wonder how it would have gone if isis kept it on the downlow until towards the end?
i think she'll do well without the show. i would have hated to have been subjected to a season of her being abused by other contestants. i thought the other girl that got kicked off was SO PRETTY! not scary-model pretty but like... i don't know, more like swim suit model i think? hahah she reminds me of spanish soap opera stars? *not that she's latina, just that she's that kind of pretty*

It was a weird but kinda cool photo shoot this week. Mod girls as L.A. natural disasters. Okay....
It's weird to me that the girl who was eliminated this week was last week's strongest contestant. That sorta happens a lot though. It shows that they're inconsistent. The winners seem to be the ones who build and improve throughout the competition, without ever dipping to unacceptable levels.
I think this show needs some kind of new twist. It's pretty much the same thing for 11 cycles. I don't know what the twist should be, though.
The pretty blonde with the beautiful pale blue eyes got cut. The problem was that she didn't know how to cut loose and just model. The awkward French girl was the best this week.
I like Ilena, the one who can't seem to give up control. She has mother issues and is from Seattle!

I haven't watched this show since the judges eliminated the girl with Ausburgers(sp) Syndrome a couple of seasons ago.
Banks spent the whole season with a focus on changing the modeling world and just the world in general ~ against smoking, for the green, health models, etc.. Then, she has a chance to actually open the modeling business to people with challenges and she skimps out! It would have been different if the girl had had other issues, like ugly or something, but she didn't.
Her disability made it impossible for her to organize the go-see challenge in China without a little help. That was such a predictable failure that I couldn't believe they dropped her.
All an agency would have to do is hire an assistant for her to make her a world class money maker for them. She, Heather I think, had won SO many of the different challenges throughout that season.
The 3 left were so not top models, either in attitude or looks or ability. Heather was a natural!
Deep breath! Let it go, Candace.

Hah! Candle, if you look back on this thread, you'll see that Heather had many fans posting on her behalf. I thought she was great.
I applaud the show's efforts to present something different than typical models, and I don't think that those different types need to win. Getting air time for their cause is great. Last season, they had their first plus size winner and this season, they had a transgendered model in the competition.

Sheena, the hip hop Asian girl was cut! She was continually criticized for being too hoochie and sexy when she needed to be more high fashion.
The other models are really quite good. This is a tough competition.
I read an article at a website that accused this show of jumping the shark this season with all the wacky sci-fi stuff at the beginning. Although that wasn't a problem for me, I do find the routine to be a bit monotonous.
It might be kind of cool to have a celebrity top model competition. I also would not mind if there was less reality behind the scenes stuff and more challenge/photo shoot/runway show stuff.

Awkward, nervous and kewl looking French Marjorie was cut. Again, I'm backing M'key. She's cool looking. I'm not so sure if she has much personality, but she isn't annoying or awful.
