Newarama's got an article on Season two, an interview with Tucker & Vietti over here
One paragraph in particular notes, as far as heroes and villains go this season, we can expect to see
Click Here For A Spoilerfans can look for a bunch of “new” old faces to show up this season including Starboy, Sun Boy, Blok, Karate Kid, Dream Girl and Dawnstar. As for villains, Tucker said to watch for the first appearances of Mordru and The Dark Circle, two of the Legion’s heavier villains. And look for a brief appearance of “one of the members of the Legion of Super-Pets.” My money is on Proty.
I know Scott will be particularly pleased by that last one, but it is only speculation from the article's writer at this point...

Seeing previews from the first episode, it appears that Triplicate Girl's switch will be happening during the season.
