Okay, since I've just learned there's little to know information on the Legion-inspired "League of Superteens" from Static #14, I'm going to come up with some descriptions myself. Although other people are welcome to join since I have very little understanding of Milestone save for the first nine issues of Icon, what I've read on Wiki and comicvine, and the Static Shock cartoon. Here are the first I've got.

Mall Hair Girl: A ditzy valley girl with super strong, prehensile hair. She gained her abilities when she spread her long blonde hair with radioactive hairspray. Usually seen chewing bubblegum and dresses in a late 1980s style fashion, all pink. She's a combination of Spider Girl with the more ditzy traits of Dream Girl, Comet Queen, and Lori Morning.

Frat Boy: A weakling who tried to pledge a fraternity, and gained super strength and invulnerability after he drank what he THOUGHT was beer, when in reality it was an experimental growth serum. He acts boorish, lewd, crude, and usually runs around with his shirt off screaming either "semper fi" or "Toga!", when in reality he's pretty much the smartest member of the team besides Maniac Five. The whole thing is an act to please his superhero friends and his older siblings, who he fears wouldn't like him if he kept acting like a geek. Also, despite his name, he never actually DRINKS beer, as he hates it. Based on Ultra Boy and Grunge.

Super Nazi Fighter: The daughter of a Nazi scientist, sent to the future in a rocketship when she was a baby by her father because he did not want her growing up in a "racially impure world" (This was on the last day of WWII). She was found and raised by a loving alien family who never once made her feel different because of her blonde hair and blue eyes. Over time she began developing super powers just like Superman and Icon. Her parents revealed her origin to her and showed her the rocket she landed in. Inside, a recording of her father told her about her birth and his theory that exposure to chronal energy would give her abilities far beyond those of the "mud races" and it is her duty to create a world fit for the master race. Disgusted by this, Super Nazi Fighter has dedicated herself to bringing to justice all those cowardly beings who look down on those different and would do all they can to get rid of such people. She's based on Power Girl, Andromeda, and Donner. She's also in a lesbian relationship with Foxtrot Lass.

Foxtrot Lass: An orphaned teenage girl from 1940s Harlem. Foxtrot had been shopping for material for a Halloween costume in an old curio shop when she found an old fox totem she decided to wear. That same night, on her way to the party, she'd been struck by lightning while wearing said totem. It granted her superspeed abilities and a fox like appearance (pointed ears, a tail, longer nails). Unsure of what was happening, she still went to the party anyway, believing her altered appearance was just her costume. Unfortunatley, she was unaware of her abilities, and danced the foxtrot so fast she broke the time space continuum and went to the future. Since then, she's been struggling to decide whether to stay with the team in the future or head back to her time. This isn't helped by her relationship with Super Nazi Fighter. Based on XS, Kinetix, and Blitzen.

I love Super Nazi Fighter. The idea that a frustrated geneticist could devote his energies to making 'das perfect ubermenschen' only to have the product of his labors say, "Yanno dad? You made me smart enough to realize that your whole philosophy is fundamentally flawed..."

Poetic.

Kodak Kid: A photographer whose prized camera blew up in his face, embedding the lenses in his forehead like a third eye. Somehow, the explosion and the lenses gave him the ability to "take" pictures and then take on the traits of whatever he takes a "picture" of. A combination of Sideshow, Implicate Girl, and the infamous "Camera Eye" reject.

Dough Boy III: Dough Boy III is a member of a shapeshifting race of little, androgynous, dough like aliens that can change shape into anything. He usually takes the form of a white boy instead of in this dough form. In actuality, Dough Boy III is the ORIGINAL Dough Boy, who died to give his life to revive Static Lad. Dough Boy II was actually an evil alien spy who attempted to infiltrate the group. And it worked. For 5 minutes. When the original Dough Boy came back he had no memory of his former life, and it wasn't until meeting Static Lad (who at the time had been on a mission in the 41st Century) it "sparked" his old memories. A combination of Chameleon Boy, Proty, and Boogieman.

Sterno Lad: One day, a meteor crashed near the home of a scientist. Inspecting it, he discovered a flammable jelly-like substance inside it which, lacking any regular containers, he had to store in a jelly jar. This would've been alright, if he hadn't left it on a breakfast tray which his wife brought back into the kitchen and their son put some of the substance on his toast and ate it. He gained the ability to create more of the flammable substance and, on his command, he can make it explode. He acts like a tough guy, but some of his teammates think he's a poser. A combination of Fire Lad and Hotstreak.

Hoot-Man: A post-op transsexual man whose parents were murdered in front of him when he/she was a child. He developed the ability to gain super strength when in darkness, so he developed his superhero persona around a nocturnal animal. He would've gone with Chriopta-Man, but he's allergic to bats. A combination of Masquerade, Batman, and Night Girl.

Phenomenal Lass: Phenomenal Lass is the teen daughter with celebrity/politician parents. A regular teen celebrity and beauty pageant winner, she has the ability to become intangible, and can generate electromagnetic energy and pulsar light beams. She likes Frat Boy, although no one can understand WHY exactly, considering she likes white wine and he can belch about half the songs written by the Beatles. The reason to her is because spending so much time with actors, she knows when someone's acting. A combination of Starlight, Rainbow Girl, Projectra, and Phantom Girl.

Maniac 5: Maniac 5 has a level thirteen intellect, and the smartest being in the known universe. The problem that hinders his intellect? He's a scatterbrained mad scientist who means well, but he basically got kicked out of his home planet because they got tired of repairing the damage his experiments cause, and that HORRIFYING incident which happened to their leader. He means well, but his thoughts happen so fast he'll leave one potential experiment half done when he starts a new one, and chances out that experiment's going to explode. His plans don't even have a chance of working as well as he hopes because he finishes them so fast he forgets to double check. Most people think his brain's been fried from too many experiments. A combination of Brainiac 5 and Gear.

Adhesive Lad: Adhesive Lad was once the hottest guy in his class until a cosmic energy storm passed through his school station at the worse possible time. He was holding a tape dispenser, and the energy from the storm gave the tape a life of it's own, bonding with him and turning him into an adhesive tape mummy. He hasn't seen his face in years, he hasn't tried it since he's afraid he might tear it off. On the plus side, he can now manipulate the tape wrapping his body like whips. A combination of Ferro Lad and Brickhouse.

Fan Boy: A member of techno organic race of beings who evolved from a group of people who were experimented on and grafted with household appliances by Maniac 3. Fan Boy houses a complex air conditioning system in his body, which simply looks like a fan placed on his chest capable of generating arctic blast of temperatures below 0. A combination of Gear, Windshear, and Boom Box.

Procrastination Lad: He was always very slow as a child. And I don't mean dumb he was LITERALLY slow. His parents didn't know what to do, until a doctor told them that he was born with an ability to slow down time that he didn't quite have control of. Years of training later, Procrastination Lad uses his ability to freeze criminals in their tracks, although it takes him a lot of effort just to make sure he's moving as fast as everyone else. A combination of Flashback and Kid Quantum.

Seltzer Lad: A practical joker who always has to make sure he has the latest in practical joking technology. But he didn't know that the latest stink bomb he bought had been filled with a mutagenic nerve gas instead of fart gas, and it prematurely exploded in his face. Choking on the fumes, he fell backwards and a bottle of seltzer broke on his head. The gas bonded the seltzer water with his DNA, giving him the ability to shift between human and water form. He can also generate blasts of seltzer and can manipulate other types of liquid, although it's not as strong as his control on seltzer. Mostly based on Aquamaria. (I can't think of a Legion character with control on water)

Itty Bitty Girl: A kleptomaniac from a subatomic civilization that exists in the molecules of a decorative snowglobe she ACTUALLY stole from a tourist stop. Itty Bitty Girl can not only shrink herself but anything she touches or by force of will, but she has to be careful or she might create a subatomic explosion. The only one who can keep her in check is Very Big Boy.

Very Big Boy: A loveable giant with a heart of gold, he was already the tallest kid in his class, but when his friend Seltzer Lad was exposed to the nerve gas VBB got a whiff of it too, giving him the ability to absorb energy from any source and use it to transform into either a giant or a hulking, brutish behemoth. He keeps Itty Bitty Girl's kleptomania in check. A combination of Colossal Boy, Third Rail, and Payback.

Kite Lad: Kite Lad comes from an alien race born with varying types of wings. He was born with the type that only allow a person to glide, although his parents tell him he still hasn't "blossomed" as an adult so there's no telling how he might change. Although he can glide at speeds faster than light, he has to make sure he has enough room to glide.

Sneeze Lad: He was originally Smell Lad, until he contracted an alien cold which has left him permanently congested. However, he know as the ability to sneeze with gale force wind and super sticky mucus. Partially based on Ferret.

Burnrubber: Has the ability to supercharge kinetic energy in both his feet, big feet mind you, and legs, i.e. he's a speedster. But he can also supercharge cars and motorcycles, but since those are antiques by the future he saves that technique for when they're in the past. He also has to concentrate to keep the aura which keeps him from bursting into flames as he runs working. They call him Burnrubber because of the skid marks he has a habit of leaving on the floor. Based on Impulse and Kangor.

Fat Boy: A very weak child who had a delicate stomach and so he couldn't eat much. His parents tried to give him a type of protein shake, unfortunately it was past the expiration date, about two hundred years, and he ballooned to 300 pounds overnight. He has extreme durability and invulnerability to harm. However he's extremely self conscious about his appearance, which isn't helped by the fact that most of the guys, and Super Nazi Fighter, sport rock hard abs. Based on Bouncing Boy (duh) and Slipstream.

Fabulous Man: Fabulous Man is pretty much Lex Luthor if he had superpowers before Superman came along. Fabulous Man was a child genius who gained a perfect physique as he grew up, and then developed superpowers to become the savior of mankind. But when Superman and Icon came along from the future he has felt very resentful and jealous, scheming against the two to get rid of them. While he serves the League, he also spends some time dabbling in the art of mad scientist, and has more than once aided their enemies or paid them off.

Fabulous Boy: Superboy, basically. It appeared that he was a future descendant of Fabulous Man who travelled back in time to meet his famous ancestor, the truth is those are implanted memories. He's Fabulous Man's clone, but the only one whose creation was a success. The trick was that Fabulous Man used his own DNA and DNA from Superman. Fabulous Boy has no idea of his true origin, but he has seen the dark side of his supposed "ancestor" who is showing some signs of envy over FB's tactile telekinesis, an ability neither he nor Superman had. Fabulous Boy met Static Lad and Rocket Gal on the day when Superman and Icon were attacked. Following that day, the three founded the League of Superteens.

Rocket Gal: Rocket Gal was a teenage mother, after coming home from the doctor one day, observed a suspicious group arming themselves. She learned that they were going to try and kill the time traveling superheroes, Superman and Icon. Putting herself at great risk, she tried to warn the two seconds before they put their plan in motion. If not for her they would've got the drop and killed Superman and Icon. She even managed to knock one out. Impressed by her bravery, Icon gave her a belt that allows her to manipulate kinetic energy and protect herself. Calling herself Rocket Gal, she helped found the League of Superteens alongside Static Lad and Fabulous Boy. She went on maternity leave during the later stages of her pregnancy, and until then her spot was filled by Nail Salon Lass from the League of Supersubstitutes.

Static Lad: Static Lad gained electrical abilities when he tried to help his mother during a riot which broke out. He'd been shot out by an electric discharge gun which left him with the ability to generate and expel electricity. Unfortunately, he was too late to save his mother, and from then he decided to use that power to help other people to make up for his perceived failure. He helped found the League of Superteens, and while some believe he and Rocket Gal are an item, he really has feelings for two of his classmates, both know superheroes themselves. Reporter Lass, the only one who knew he was Static Lad before he revealed his identity, and Flower Child.

(A little constructive criticism isn't too much to ask you know)
