It's probably been done before, but my search couldn't locate the original so blah blah blah.
State the New Year's resolution that a particular character couldn't possibly keep. Bonus points if the only reason they made it in the first place was an attack of sentimentality involving way too much kono punch. Or because they wanted to see their date/drinking buddy/mortal enemy do a spit-take.
I'll start.

Either Invisible Kid resolves not to talk and give away their position during a fight.
Threeboot Chameleon resolves not to turn into Ayla and flirt with the boys anymore. Ultra Boy and Sun Boy both flinch.
