I suspect that we're going to find that #46 and #48 are the same person, but that can wait upon the event.
Lots of missing names from the Five Year Gap and Five Years Later Legion, if we want them: Kent Shakespeare/Impulse, Karate Kid II/Myg, Nightwind, Crystal Kid, Atmos, Storm Boy, Visi-Lad, Calamity King, Echo, Celeste/Neon, Devlin/Reflex, Spider Girl/Wave.
From the reboot there's Magno, Monstress, Superboy II/Kon-El, Kid Quantum II.
Catspaw from the SW6 Legion.
The way I figure it, the Karate Kid and Luornu who died in Countdown were rescued from their original deaths in order to be sent back in time, so a) the consequences of their original deaths still exist in Johns's continuity, and b) that means that there's still a living Luornu in Johns's 31st century. I may be wrong, of course.

Y'know, there's ONE version of Valor that died. Dead. Never made it to the 30th Century. Glorith manipulated a buncha junk and killed him when he wouldn't play the game by her rules. Only after his death did a time traveling version of Lar Gand "take his place in history". That is, suffer through the Phantom Zone a second time! Now it seems the history of his solo title has gone the way of the Byrneboot Superman. Of course it was a part of massive group of time parodoxes.. paradoxii?..(the theme of that year's crossovers) and was subsequently ignored as if it had never happened at all.

Preboot... Not TMK? Also count Dragonmage, reboot (Legionnaires #43, etc.) since you're getting non-Legionnaire versions too. Count reboot Jacques and you'll also get (assumably) a reboot Danielle Foccart. Bet you a stack of mint quality Adventure Comics that Perez draws two-thirds of "every Legion character" crammed in a pagespread.

One more thing... I'm not so sure if Perez would feature the non-canonical elements of Legion, like the honorary Legionnaires or the superpets (if alien beings are members, I guess animals are too...)

But since the other version of Valor was the SW6 time-sliced clone of the first version, they're actually the same version, just looped in time.
And I think that the first part of his series, the world-seeding part, is potentially still in continuity. (Although I'm not sure how that would work, exactly.)
BTW, last week I didn't make it to my CBS on Wednesday because the sky opened up and we had some terrible thunder storms with hail, lightning etc. (Nasty day!) Anyway, I stopped by on Thursday instead, picked up my books and was at the counter, ready to check out when one of the employees says.
"I know you're a big fan of George Perez so you might want to go over there (points towards the back of the store by the longboxes and action figures) and introduce yourself."
As CJ would say "Whoa!" It was George Perez! I knew he lives in the area and is a regular at Acme Comics Superstore but I had never run into him.
Anyway, I head over to him and introduce myself. George immediately lights up when I mention being a Legion fan and being thrilled that he will get to finally do a Legion project. He tells me about the 4 large binders of reference notes he has put together of every version of every costume of every Legionnaire ever!!! (His way of phrasing it ) And how he's bound and determined to get every single one of them into Legion of Three Worlds if it kills him.
He also says he is having the most fun of his life doing this mini and that he can't wait to see the reaction to it from Legiondom. He thinks it will make everyone very happy!
George and I chatted for a few minutes more about comics in general and then I excuse myself so he could get back to what he was doing.
What an incredibly nice guy!
As you all can imagine, this made my day!

That is an awesome story.
That is the equivalent of walking into a music store and one of the Beatles just happens to be in there, or a Video store and you just happen to run into Jack Nicholson(with the exception that they aren't as good at their craft as George Perez is at his). That must be an awesome experience.
And all of your story seems to bear out everything I have ever read about George Perez, in that he said to be one of the nicest and most gracious guys to ever work in the industry and he is always extremely nice to the fans.
George Perez is a gift to the comics industry...the man truly loves drawing comics.
And he's also IMO, probably the greatest artist. He's definitely the most devoted to his craft.
I read an interview with him recently where he was discussing the differences between Manapul and Kitson's versions of the Legion...heck, there are some diehard Legion fans that aren't that familiar with them right now...what a pro.

The only thing I am bummed out about with Perez is that he will never be the regular Legion artist and IMO, he was the guy tailor made to draw the Legion. He loves large casts, he is incredibly fast, he loves to draw extremely detailed backgrounds...and he's a huge fan of Curt Swan and you can often see influences of Swan in his artwork.
But at least we got him once...on what is arguably the most high profile Legion project ever.

You basically echo a comment he made during our conversation. His biggest regret is never having had the chance to be the ongoing Legion artist. He said he could never manage the schedule today and do it justice, that he's slowed down too much at his age...so he's putting everything he's got into this one project to make up for never having had the chance.
