Just now, I was surprised to receive an e-mail from a certain DC executive who will go nameless, in response to an e-mail I sent him after the issue came out. He offered what I would characterize as an insincere apology. However, he quoted my e-mail, which suggested that he did actually read it, unlike my previous e-mail to him which he answered with a form letter. This is the first thing he's done that's made me think he has any desire to keep his customers happy. I'm not at all sorry I returned the comic, though.
