It would have had to be Saturn Queen... being a Brainiac means *never* choosing the shortest path between states A and B.

After all, B4 could have just shot Saturn Queen with a long range weapon, rather than inventing a brain-scrambler and then, somehow, convincing her opponent to put it on....

Tough, because Saturn Queen looks really humiliated whereas B4 could just be having a super-migraine.... However, B4 relied on machinery which might not always be available in times of crisis.

So keep Saturn Queen.
