The unmistakable sound of a capacitor letting go. I've been stuck working on this old clunker with none of the stuff I need to do my work. I'm holding off buying for a week or two. There's talk of Microsoft giving out coupons for free upgrades to Windows Vista starting in November to prevent a meltdown of the holiday buying market.
