We normally take templates and alter them to represent characters. I once decided to do the JLU Brainiac 5. I plan to do all the Legionnaires (minus Supergirl) who appeared in "New Kids in Town" and "Far From Home". The second Bouncing Boy costume was designed by Joe Singleton of Artistic Lisense. I just liked it, so I made it.
