I don't know how many Legion-related characters we've had actual confirmation on their hirsuteness, so this will be a mix of actual and who I think would look good with at least a smattering all over.

I also remember a competition you did where someone had great sideburns and you made him lose his razor (maybe because I suggested it), but I can't find it, and I can't remember for the life of me who it was. I thought I saved it, too. But you could bring him back.

Hmmm... Well, looks like there are lots of good suggestions. I wonder if 5YL Cosmic Boy could be considered, since he always had 5OC shadow. [roll on snare drum]
I wonder if he would have been allowed to get fuzzier, if there hadn't been the Reboot.
For full-on 1970s/2970s nostalgia, there's always Phantom Girl's brother Gmya. He had that killer mustache 'n sideburns combo.
