Poncho and a pageboy. Classic. Grev's widow's peak sure did come and go, didn't it? I associate it with him, and didn't realize that it was something added in the 80's. Funny how the decision to change Lamprey's face back to green in the Retroboot made it look like she's walking around naked all the time. Her appearance in Adventure (drawn by Jiminez) really made it look like she was stepping out of Power Boy's shower in the nude... That's just the first part of the Legion Academy micros! Other miscellaneous students, as well as their associates from the Glorithverse, Postboot, and DCNu are forthcoming. I didn't feel like holding off and posting them all at once though, because I honestly have no idea when I'll be finished! Lots of interesting details about these students. As you can see, a lot of their looks are just coloring errors or slight changes done artist to artist over the decades. Especially Grev, with his coloring and hairstyles as Set pointed out! Despite the fact it does make her look naked, I like the Retroboot coloring of having Lamprey all in green. It harkens back to her original skin color, plus I think it looks less jarring than Caucasian flesh does against that look. I love the almost liquid/electric look her hair has now too!
