It looks more like Art Adams' style to me.

Looks like NEITHER to me.

I can't tell you who the artist is, but I'm reasonably sure that it isn't Art Adams, and I know it isn't me.

It resembles Art Adams' work to me because of the musculature, particularly in the legs, and the big hair. I wouldn't argue the point, just pointing out what sent me to that idea.

I don't remember ever seeing any of Steve's women having musculature like that. Steve also tends to draw more realistic breasts rather than globes or implants. Not that he doesn't give us any large breasted women, but even when they're large, Steve draws them more realistically than most comic artists.
