Just to let you guys know, I'll be closing the board down for up to 15 minutes early Friday morning.

Let's see...board time that will be 5:45 AM, Sept. 11th. [Smile]

I think. It shouldn't last longer than 15 minutes and I'll try not to affect the post counts. [Wink]

I haven't heard back yet why the server time hasn't been adjusted but I don't get why I seem to be the only one that adjusting the clock in My Profile works for. [Confused]

I adjusted the clock in my profile to 26 hours ahead of board time, and everything seems to be fine for me. All the times read a couple minutes off my Mac clock.

For me, this post's time is 4:40AM. Which adjusted to Mountain time is 5:40AM. The day though still appears as the 11th.

I'm assuming that most people see it that way too. Especially those not registered or signed in. But I could be wrong. It's happened before. [Smile]

I closed the place down for updates and maintennce all the time before the server crashes. I had stopped in order to just leave things alone for awhile. I'll be doing so once or twice a week again from now on.

And why exactly do I have to give a report on all the stuff I do here anyway? Do I need to announce the avatars that I'll be adding before I go to work tonight too? The smilies? The logo changes? I think not.

Speaking of avatars, Nighthunky--

I was gonna change mine (as I am wont to do) to the shades pic you said was loaded, but the entire avatars section in my profile is... *choke!* ...gone!

Is this true for everyone?
