Wow, I can't see how ANYONE could beat the Spectre. Poor Harmonia, talk about outmatched.
Re Nura vs. Dinah, I guess it depends on whether Nura has access to any soundproof tech. But then, I think Dinah still has better martial arts skills so...
My picks:
Star Boy (full control over gravity!) Black Canary – Dinah Lance Shrinking Violet (can get wayyyyyyyyyy smaller than her opponent) Jakeem Thunder Sandy/Sandman (not much ferrous material for Cos to play with) Brainiac 5 (still think Brainy is smarter) Element Lad (transmutes some wood. done!) Polar Boy Sun Boy Damage Black Witch Invisible Kid 2 (blackout bombs won't do much good against an invisible opponent) Wildfire (too fast for the bomb) Jay Garrick (still faster than Dawnstar) Timber Wolf (healing factor still wins) Ray (light is faster than sound!) Colossal Boy Chameleon Boy Shadow Lass (even if shadow powers are evenly matched, Tasmia has better combat skills) Ultra Boy Phantom Girl (intagibility still wins) Power Girl (given how Mon has been lately...
