So, apparently the chick with her back to the wall on which someone has scratched drawings of men on horseback is afraid of something, but it doesn't seem like she's afraid of the giant Native American who is trying to hand her a trumpet after he just sliced his wrists.
At least, that's what I get out of it.

At least, that's what I get out of it.
Hard to say for sure, but my impression is that the drawings in the background are of musicians sitting in chairs, like they did in the big band era (it looks like some of the scratches are supposed to be musical notation). . . . . . . . . . Then again, they could just be random scratches from the artist trying to get his pen to work that he left in the finished piece because white-out hadn't been invented yet.
