As most Legion fans know, Dream Boy and Phantom Lad were both cheated out of the chance to meeting one another and falling in love by an unfortunate lack of existing in the same continuity!
What other groovy cross-continuity potential couples can you think of?

I've always kinda wanted a two-tier Legion, with some Legionnaires who tend to handle more coordination, administration, diplomacy, espionage, etc. and some Legionnaires who are more commonly seen on the combat / action / mission teams (and some, like Chameleon Boy, who are ideally suited to cross between those two roles).
Theena and Gear are two of those 'support' characters with *very* useful powers, that are pretty much not combatants, and were never meant to be combatants.
For weird pairings, I wonder if Thunder and Dev-Em would make a good couple. She's got what it takes to smack the arrogant right out of him...
