I'm really curious if the early Adventure issues include the lead Superboy story as well as the Legion back-ups.

Having just downloaded Adv. 247, the answer seems to be "yes"!

This is a great sale and I hope it does well for them so they may repeat it at a later date.
Just picked up the Universo Saga and will probably go back for a few more before the end.
Not happy though that the Adventure run completely skips 350 & 351.

I am so clueless about downloadable media!
Is there any way to see in advance whether I have enough disc capacity/room to make collecting downloadable issues worthwhile?
I have a Mac OS X, and there are so many toys/programs online now that it doesn't have the juice for. Too old.

What I'm most impressed with about this sale is that someone at the site really knows their Legion. These are all great, well done tales listed. Pretty much all the stories I would recommend are represented.

Well, they have quite a few comics for free that you could use to test out how it works with your system. I recommend the free Atomic Robo issues. I've only used it with my Kindle Fire, so I don't really know much about how it works with actual computers.

My biggest complaint is that I didn't know about it ahead of time, and don't really have the cash freed up to buy the lot of them (which I would have, had I been prepared).

Mildly interesting selection for the biases. No 5YL or threeboot ( ) at all, no* pre-DnA or post-Lost reboot/postboot, very heavy on Johns & Levitz and several incomplete stories where they're obviously looking to hook you on the rest at full price.
*Well, unless you count Levitz's pre-Legion children story from LotDCU 80-Page Giant, which I don't since it has nothing to do with anything else ever.
Of the postboot stories... Widening Rifts I can only presume is included because it was skipped when DC physically reprinted Damned & Lost last year since it's a not-great deck-clearer. Lost is obvious, but one of the incomplete stories @ 5/12 issues. And LotDCU is because of who wrote it.
-------------------- My views are my own and do not reflect those of everyone else... and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Thanks! (I had an AR anthology that I picked up at the last Free Comic Book Day, but I gave it away to a buddy who was looking for a non-Archie kid friendly book to read to her kid.)
It's tricky, because this looks like an incredibly cheap way to snap up some stuff that I'd love to read, or re-read. And obviously it'd be a huge plus to somebody who has little home storage space for paper stuff.
But I'm haunted by the knowledge that I'd need to back everything up on a thumb drive, and those things would definitely add to the cost, eventually.
Does this sale only run to the end of March?

You need not worry about storage space with Comixology as you do not actually download the books to your own machine but rather store them in your account to be accessed whenever and by whatever device you may be using at that time.
If you have an old machine the main problem you may have is viewing the issues in full screen mode due to the lack of resources.
As far as I know the sale is only on this weekend

That is excellent news and quite the shocker as I would have bet good money that V4 never turned up on Comixology (or anywhere really).
Maybe, if they sell well, there is an outside chance for a nice deluxe edition (of the first 13 issues at least).

They seem to be releasing them pretty consistently, as they've added #13-16 since I first posted about it.
There's at least one text page I've noticed missing, however. Hopefully they'll eventually fix that problem.

They must have added those fairly recently then as I am sure they were only up to 13 when I was looking at the weekend. It is good news that they are continuing though.
Additionally they are one of the only comics that work well on the iPhone/iPod Touch with the nine panel grid looking particularly nice blown up with a single panel filling the screen. You can now secretly read the death of Blok in meetings whilst pretending to be checking your texts for important work things.
