Other than covert dates, Triplicate Girl seems to have a fairly useless power as well. Still, she's a likable character --
By the way, if one of her bodies swallows a pen cap, do all three have it when she merges, or is it mysteriously healed away ...?

Phantom Girl's power is really to shift between dimensions. If she does so fully, she's solid. So she's really only useful when she uses her power partway, so to speak.

Ferro Lad's power might not be useless in and of itself, but it just amounts to having a bit of invulnerability, which a bunch of Legionnaires have in addition to other powers.

But think about it: All of those powers have value in battle.
CB helps the team ONLY WHEN HIS POWER IS OFF.
I think it's a first in Legion history.
As an aside, I notice Gim's homeworld is listed as Earth ... I wonder where the rest of the giants live?
