Batball, exactly what is this sport, how is it played, is it comparable to a modern day sport, and what exactly can you tell me about Star Boy's coaching days?

What issues will I find references to Batball or even better yet, panels which show the game being played?

In the 5YL series, issue #37 features Thom's batball team The Dreamers - but you won't get too much about the rules, just that they have a handicapping system for overly powerful players. Otherwise, it's pretty much baseball.

There were also a couple of pages in the Annual #3, when the legionnaires had a reunion on Winath and went to see the Dreamers play the Jaybirds.

The Dreamers had a guy named Wilton Wyke who was a gorilla - or sure looked like one - and he needed the handicap belt. The others members that we saw we're pretty average size, as were the few guys shown from the opposite team, the Toonar Pilots.

The only "big girl" in the issue was Nura Nal - but she sure carried it well.
