When Legion of Three Worlds reduces the three Legions to one, there will still be other Legions out there. If we assume that the 'adult' Legion(s) from the Adventure era were blown away during the first Crisis, that still leaves:

1) the survivors of Lo3W
2) the 5YL (TMK) Legion
3) the Earth 22 Legion from Kingdom Come and recently reintroduced in Justice Society of America.

A Geoff Johns/Alex Ross series would take about the same time as the first Lo3W!

Personally, I would like Paul Levitz to take a crack at it.

Anyone else got any ideas?

Kurt Busiak writing, and five different artists working on an issue at the same time.

It would then be released on five consecutive Wednesdays.

Put the 5YL Legion together with the Silver Age Adult Legion (or a reasonable fascimile, such as appeared in Superman/Batman a few years back), and I'd consider buying it.

How about Superboy's Legion by Alan Davis and Mark Farmer and the Evil Legion from Superboy #117.

I tried to rip their soul out.I tried to make them forget Superman.
But they won't.
