Part I: It's Legionnaire versus Legionnaire as their powers and personalities go haywire! Also, Lex Luthor is released from Smallville reformatory in the 20th century! But what could his latest diabolical plan have to do with the Legion's problems?
Part II: As the Legionnaires continue to battle one another, Saturn Girl calls the only hero who can help her get her teammates under control! But can even Superboy take down the entire Legion before the Science Police exiles them from Earth?
Part III: Urthlo, the villain responsible for the recent erratic behavior of the Legionnaires, makes himself known. But who is Urthlo? And how is he able to defeat the Legionnaires, even Superboy, so easily? Meanwhile, Lex Luthor continues his secret project!
Part IV: The mystery of Urthlo deepens, as the Legionnires seek out an ally to aid them! But will their quest to recruit help doom the very one whose assistance they are seeking? Not if Saturn Girl can help it!
Part V: Reinforced by their newest member, the Legion engages in a final stand against Urthlo! But will Luthor's vendetta against Superboy strike across the centuries to destroy the Legion?
