Two years worth of people using avatars! Maybe one day Teeds or Matlock will use 'em! HA!

Harbinger's Nightwind avatar- love that pic of her!

Lash's Lash/Paris Hilton Drura avatar- the best of the bunch!

Cru's renditions of various LMBers- my fave being FC!

Star Boy's Southpark Legionnaires!

Super-Fatassed Tenzil!

Hot Grell Night Girl- I use it for when I'm gender reversed!

Gary and Scott rawk!

Yeah, I don't use an avatar but I do like them.

Miner's and Cramer's suit them very well.

Count on Harbs for a good pic/subtitle. "Space-Nun and OK with it" indeed.

Snowsparkle's (aka Flannel Lass) use of Lyle's (?) symbol was smashing!

I also liked Owl Lad's re-purposing of the Tellus symbol...it *did* kinda look like a bird flying....

I also like seeing some of the infrequently-used characters such as Visi-Lad (RTVU).

And then there's that unspeakably bad baby....

Yeah, Miner and Cramer's are perfect. And the naughty baby may be the only avatar that is demanded by some...

And I love Dean Lee's pics of lesser known Legion women. The one Umber uses fits so well in all its pouty glory!

One interesting fact is that when I pick up the new issues and see the Legionnaires in the little bubbles at the top, I immediately associate them with the people on Legion World who use them as avatars rather than the actual characters.

the 'flashing' RHINO one is the greatest !!

Matthew.

That's true, everyone likes a flashing rhino.

You do realise Miner that when/if we meet and you are not actually a huge multi legged insect with a beak and able to drink me under the table, I'll be very very disapointed. [Wink]

[LOL]

Thanks, I'll probably switch back sooner or later. Visi Lad and Cos have always been two of my favorites.

Well, if you start drinking well before I show up, that would take care of the "multi legged" part, anyways...

That's the plan.

Getting the time off from work wasn't a problem. Hopefully, scheduling the actual trip won't be a big deal, either.

From your name alone I imagine your 'legion control room' avatar would look something like this:
 - [Hmmm?]

OK I'll start now then shall I? [Smile]

By the time September comes around I'll be just about in the right frame of mind.

[LOL]

MEL, that’s perfect! That’s exactly the kind of avatar I’d picture Teeds having!

And I like your avatar too—very unique here and fun!

Thanks Cobe. I was wondering if I shouldn't design a new one...? What would a rebooted Monkey Eater be like? Maybe I'll have a soul patch and have antennae that only come out when monkeys are near?

baby crocodiles get hungry too.

I always get a thrill when I see one of my South Park Legionnaires getting a run. Always seems to be the ones I think the least likely, as well... [Wink]

Hey Star Boy!

So you did the Impulse avatar?

Coooool!

As for him "getting a run" (a very apt turn of phrase for this character) I have no plans on changing him any time soon. He's just so damn cheery.

[Bump]

So, I really like the avatar Ram Boy has been using lately!

Is it time to change my avatar?

Posted by Rockhopper Lad on :

Ram Boy has actually had some of the most creative avatars.

Thanks.

The current is a reworking of an illustration from Mel Odom.

I've always liked his style. It's very reminiscent of the 1930's without being too over-the-top Deco.
