Lost another arm (to Superboy-Prime, of all people). He's turning into a Monty Python sketch!

It seems to me that when characters lose limbs, it never really improves them (Aquaman, for instance), and is generally 'fixed' eventually.

Unfortunately for Risk, I don't think anybody working at DC cares enough for the character to bother fixing him...
