Any chance of creating a board called "Shanghalla" where users could post bios of, and tributes to, Legion creators and notable fans no longer with us?
Perhaps this board could be placed in the Creator's cosmos section.
Sure, fans are not creators, technically, but many notable fans, such as Rich Morrissey, created something (in his case Interlac) which contributed to fandom's enjoyment of the series.

Hmmm...let me think about this and get back to you.
I'm wary to add more forums at this point. I'd like to stimulate the ones we have, but I'm willing to consider the idea.
