So, what's your breakfast cereal of choice? Something fruity, something chocolatey, something that helps with the regularity or something good for your heart?
I go through phases of liking something a lot then get tired of it.
As a kid I think I went through all the chocolatey ones (Cocoa Pebble, Cocoa Puffs, Count Chocula).
Sweet and corn-based came later (Cap'N Crunch and Frosted Flakes)
Later on I was into more bland fare (Corn Flakes, Special K)
Now I'm into corn-based again, but not as sweet (Kix, Corn Chex)

Oatmeal, oatmeal, oatmeal.
I used to like Trix, but I can't eat them now. It's like there's nothing there.

Cheerios. And I like to just snack on them, dry, no milk.

My favorite for the longest time was Cinnamon Toast Crunch -- but then I think I grew tired of it because I had it continuously for so long. I find it too sweet nowadays.
I generally like Life and Cinnamon Life. Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch is nice too.

Sugar Smacks, or the Quaker Oats "bag" cereal equivalent. I also likes me Lucky Charms. Generally speaking if there's not a cartoon character on the box, I ain't having it.
Hot cereal, my only real choice is grits, butter and salt and pepper. I don't know if I've ever eaten oatmeal in non-cookie form. What can you do, I'm a Georgia boy.

At work, its always oatmeal. Straight up, no sweetener.
At home, Cheerios and Special K are faves. I like Post's Blueberry Crunch as well.

I like Frosted Flakes or instant oatmeal.
I don't think I've ever had chocolate-flavored cereal.

Kashi Go-Lean Crunch! The cereal of the Gods! I never get tired of it, and I've been eating it for about a year now.
Once in a great while, though, I stray back to Life cereal ...

Corn flakes (no milk on them) and soft-cooked eggs. Nothing compares to it. ... Well, except for eggs Benedict, but I have to get someone else to make the Hollandaise sauce, I can't manage it.
