You know the way words on a page or screen will blur together when you don't look at them closely and your brain picks out certain letters and processes them into something totally wrong?

I had a brief moment when it appeard to me that our new mod on this board was none other than Ann B. Davis.

She'd probably be a nice mod actually, and keep things very tidy.

Maybe we should nominate some (fictional) fill-in mods in case our guys go on vacation. Or go insane. The usual Legion stuff.

I nominate Siegried and Roy. They like costumes and they tame wild beasts.

Maybe we can nominate all the actors and actresses who portrayed domestic servants on TV... Shirley "Hazel" Booth, the guy that played Mr. French, and Florence from "The Jeffersons." That way the place might not get so messy, except when Giant Robotic Lesbian sees Rosie from the Jetsons...

I always found him to be a bit disturbing on Friends, as Pheobe's brother. His response to what he likes to spend his time doing? "I like to melt stuff"

I have a friend who's like that. Luckily he's a chemical engineer so he's able to channel that kind of behaviour into useful directions.

Fat Cramer has it I think. Suppose it would be just as effective to put some random, but omninous sounding names up in the mod position? Probably sooner than later, we'd all forget that they were made up.
