If you're posting a message using the quick reply or the full reply (forums or pm) or making a new message (forum or pm) or a poll, you may have noticed the new message icon set up.

Basically, just click on the flag and the others will show. Click again on the one you want and it'll replace the flag. Simple, easy! smile

Now those previously mentioned pages will load faster since only one icon is loaded unless you choose to click for more. Hmmm...now I can add as many as I want too. wink

[EDIT: Of course, now I just tested the edit feature and it didn't retain the icon I had chosen originally. I guess I need to figure this out.]

I've clicked on the "L" icon, but nothing happened. This is to choose the icon to the left of "posted"?

Argh! Unfortunately, in Netscape 7.1, the icon field shows at the top of the page. After you click on the flag, scroll up to the icon field, then click an icon for it to replace the flag.

(P.S. I hate Netscape 7.1) smile

Now, THAT is bizarre. Why would a script position something like that in the 0,0 page location? It can't use a relative location, such as where the "L" icon happens to sit in the Quick Reply panel? And which I assume was intended?

Methinks the script is the more likely culprit, with its using some nonstandard shortcut. I doubt Netscape (the Mozilla-ites, actually) would create such a basic change in positioning behavior for scripts in Netscape 7.1 (and Mozilla 1.4).

Just tried it. The other icons showed where the flag icon was. Seems to be OK.
