That white sauce for dipping buttermilk biscuits and cornbread. Usually it has chunks of sausage in it.

I've encountered that white sausage gravy stuff in various hotel continental breakfasts and it always skeevs me out. Especially seeing people just *drown* their food in it.

I do love gravy though - one of my fondest childhood lunchroom meals was having some sort of salisbury steak and rice tv dinner and I'd tip it so the salisbury steak gravy ran over the divider into the rice - yum!
