All coffees, teas, juices and mineral waters available free of charge, along with an assortment of fine baked goods. The better newspapers and journals are here for your reading pleasure. Open 24 hours. Self-serve, but call me if you can't figure out how to operate some of the coffee makers. Drink in or take out.

Since I don't want to clutter up Legion World with a lot of signage, after today just say the word "caffeine" and you'll be transported here. It's magic.

Well it’s nearly breakfast time so I’ll just put the phone on hold and say …

“caffeine”

Mmmmm nice place. It seems a true oasis of peace and quiet amongst the hustle and bustle of Legion world. I like the comfy seats and the potted plants.

Let’s see now I think I’ll have a bacon butty, nice and crispy, with mushrooms and black pudding and a large cup of black coffee. Now how do we operate these machines?

Cramer can I have a bit of help here!

I need an extremely large iced chai.

Ahh. That hit the spot. Thanks Cramer!

Guess I'll take another one to go and get back to work.

Well Cramer, this is quite lovely. The handmade doilies under the cake trays are a very homey touch.

I especially like the wide selection of fresh fruit and the omelette bar.

If you'd like I can send my droid Candy over here to help clean early each morning.

Ah, look at this assortment! My oh my, Ms. Cramer, you have quite the little establishment! Nice job!

I think I'll have a Dark Roast blend (black of course) with a croissant on the side. Now that there is no walk over from the security office, I think I'll be stopping by quite often...

Hope there's a fresh pot on! Oh! There IS! Great.

Nothing like a nice strong cup of coffee in the morning to wake you up and get you going!

Thanks, FC!

Nothing like a big glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice, a buttery slice of toast, and a big bowl of cheese grits to start one's day!

Does it work when I say "De-Caffeine"?

If so, I'll have decaffeinated French vanilla latte, with chocolate biscotti (I get all my caffeine from the chocolate, thanks). I don't need anything to read, thank you. In fact, I do some of my best writing in coffee shops.

Well, leave some of your writing behind HWW so everybody can enjoy it. Perhaps we could run off some copies at Triad's Triplicating Shop.

And just say "decaf" if you're feeling in need of calm. Both "caffeine" and "decaf" activate the magic portal.

I'm going to have to order another bushel of grits...

Morning Madame Cramer. You sure are keeping the place spotless and cheery with fresh cut flowers on every table. The aroma of brewing coffee is heavenly. I think I'm going to fix myself a mushroom and provolone omelette at the omelette bar. I'll also brew a pot of oolong tea.

Ummmm! You know an omelette for lunch would really hit the spot!

Actually, for lunch, one of my favorite indulgences (and only very infrequently) is a scrambled egg sandwhich on buttered toasted whole wheat bread, with ketchup. It may sound gross but it is so good.
