You know, there's something in law called "nunc pro tunc", which essentially lets you go back and rewrite court orders. Just like a reboot. Maybe something like this could get Lester re-admitted.
Failing that, just get him to bribe the AG. Shouldn't be hard.

All he was implying was that Lester has a degree, not necessarily a profession. Lots of spoiled rich kids cheat their way through law school and spend years not really working as Senators or something.
