They're a bit thrifty with item description considering their OPENING price is two bucks an issue for this auction.

It's not a good idea to buy anything from ANYONE with a feedback rating of zero.

The way to get a handle on how eBay works is to first build up a few dozen positive ratings from successful purchases. Then you know enough to avoid, as a seller, creating such utterly vague listings as this one. You've then been through the wringer with their shortcomings already, and are less likely to inflict them on others.

They might even be cheaper - it says "at least 100" books - could be 101, maybe even 102...

Of course, the lot could comprise 20 copies of Space Circus, 30 of the ProFem story and 50 of the Bizarro Legion.

Exactly. Way too little on the description and not enough on the feedback. And the new seller notification isn't there so this seller has been around for at least 30 days.

I'm with Grey. They need to build up some feedback with purchases first then try selling. And try being more descriptive. If it isn't worth your time to catalog what you are selling then it isn't worth my time or money to bid.

Poor queenofhearts42 is gonna have his/her li'l heart broken when that auctions ends bid-less, as it must.

"They must be outta their ****in' minds!" I bought that book a couple of years ago, i think it was. And while i love it, it wasn't that good, or that rare.

However, maybe i should put my BoP #8 up for sale. I hear some places are askin' $75 for it.

My copy of the preceeding issue, 211, was published in September 1975. The auction item is Nura's personal way-advance copy. Snap it up!

Superboy #212, CGC grade copy at 9.4, is worth $25. A 9.4, non-CGC graded, is worth $12. Anyone who doesn't do their own research before falling victim to eBay sellers like this deserve the item they purchase.

The monetary value of this comic (or any comic, or anything) is whatever someone will pay for it. I ain't holding my breath for ol' niceprice$ though.
