Apparently Lash did, before I won them off him on eBay a few months ago! wink REALLY nice set-- I esPECially love the cards for Mysa (my favorite!) and Kono. I've got them tucked away in one of my Archives until I find something like the trading-card sheets to display them in.

DOn't know what to do with them, though. I haven't looked at them in years...

Hmmm,

I just found them. I seem to only have 13 though.

I have Reep, kono, Jo, Celeste, Rokk, Kent, Laurel, Devlin, Mysa, Salu, Brainy, Jan and Brin.

Which ones am I missing?

when i got mine, i was intending to frame them all individually, but then realised how much it was gonna cost and that i didn't have enough wall space to display them all, the way i had thought ....

Isn't there information on the back of the cards anyway Matthew? That would mean you would have to have two sets to display them properly. I could be wrong though as I don't have a set. But I would want to frame them as well if I did.

I bought them "new off the rack" back then too. I like having them, along with the Mayfair Legion Sourcebook as part of the TMK era. Kinda feels more "complete".

I wasn't so happy with the fact that TMK cut off her wings to do it or that nobody thought to say anything about it other than "doesn't she kinda remind you of...?"

Chopping off the wings was the only "quick" way to differentiate her from Dawnstar, and would make it easy for Legionnaires not to recognize her... She had the Bounty personality, and no wings. How many times have to seen somebody in RL that you'd swear is the spitting image of someone you know? But the personality change and "Hey, Dawny's got wings! Why would she cut them off?!" I totally buy the Legionnaires not suspecting. Until Sade shot Bounty up, was there any previous chance to check her DNA?

And my stereotype comment, let me make clear... Dawnstar always bothered me with her 19th-cen AmInd fringe outfit and her tracking powers... "Me heepum-big Indian tracker-squaw. HOW!" lol And Meltzer's big move to update her for The Lightning Saga... make her a lesbian? Didn't we already see this 10 years ago in Gen13 with Rainmaker?

I thought the Bounty creature kind of changed her appearance too, didn't we see a before and after shot as it's essence left her that showed the differences?

Her haircolor was changed, from black to light brown, and she had that tattoo like Dream Girl's star mole on her cheek... I always called it her transformers tat. laugh We'll have to ask on the LSH refs thread for some scans, Harbi.

Um... they're exactly the same as the scans you posted, Scoot... Unless you wanna see Lashie's note. wink Besides, my scanner's hooked up to my PC. I'll have to have Mom or my sisters set it up for me out here, so I can use it with my laptop. smile

those cards remind me of how great keith giffen's art can be.
tons of interesting detail.
they were an intriguing line-up, but the storylines meandered and never quite gelled as a team.
