It draws in victims to be implanted with Trigon's seeds!

They've had more members and reboots than the Legion. A war to own the Legion name is inevitable!

They have also had more memorial statues despite having a smaller headcount!

They needed a place to tally their headcount. It turns out Pantha counts even though she no longer has one.

Her head is still around there somewhere, so they counted the head and ignored the unattached body.

I think Torso Teen has a nice ring to it.

That could work for Risk, after he lost both arms.

I'm shocked and appalled at how tasteless this has become. I throw down my arms!

Take your mind off it with a good book Andy. Here's one by Hemingway called... ah... A Farewell To Arms ...

Good point Ibby. We should keep things in hand.

You're right Teeds. We were taking a Risk doing that.
Of course the real reason for a Titans Forum is that, in the future, the Legion will have to travel back in time and have *all* of their adventures. Judas contract? Titans East? Who is Donna Troy and Wonder Girl? Never happened thanks to the Time Trapper. Everyone on those books is from the 30th century. Everyone. Yes, that dog on page 19 is from the Intergalactic Canine Patrol.

It's where Gar has to go when he's grounded by Dayton.
