Yes, it's the lad Rocky rejected, Cisco from THE FLASH as played by Carlos Valdes! I was smitten with his adorable smile and affable good nature from the get-go. He actually is ALMOST too sparkle-twinkie looking for me, but I still find myself drawn in. It's that smile. I hate the way in later episodes they've tried to butch him up a little by making him say how hot some chick is. It ISN'T very convincing when it happens. (smile)
