Nope. The only Ice Maidens were not related.

Correct! Mermaid was killed during Breakdowns, showed up alive during Red Winter. Wally West commented on her death and she said it was her evil twin who died.
A Global Guardians story would later confirm that she had indeed died.

Haha I couldn't decide whether to give it to IB since he basically got all of them (and put the last two beyond doubt) or whether to stick with my long-standing tradition of giving it to the person who correctly identified the final answer (in this case, TL). But I guess that tradition doesn't make a lot of sense when the possible answers have already been supplied.

I'd be gutted, as I took him out I think he might have been in #7 as Aunty Mon stropped off to fight the pesky heroes. He was in #12 over the Flash for certain.

Hmm, if you're sneaky enough to count Alex as one appearance, are you sneaky enough to count Lois Lane of E2? She was inside Alex Luthor when they attacked in #12.
