Nope Nope So this non-superpowered male did appear before Zero hour but after 1970. He is not a supporting character. And people would be surprised if he robbed a bank. He had his own series. He wears a costume and a mask (although it is more of a helmet). He does not use weapons. He does not appear in the Western or Fantasy geres
