I agree with snapper getting his own entry. though he wasn't "evil" per se, he did still fight the League.

Snapper Carr: Was he mind controlled or acting of his own free will? It is unclear from the encyclopedia entries as they mention something about the Joker tricking him.

Also, do the cartoon versions overlap with their respective ages (Silver Age and Post-Crisis) or would you be okay with me including them?

Snapper began to begrudge his association with the team as it was affecting his wider life. He became a dupe of the Joker and fought the League. That's what my memory cell tells me anyway. Good enough to make the list.

I'd agree on the Mark Shaw/ Star Tsar entry too.

Snapper was influenced to betray the team twice (first by the Joker and then by the Key and Mark Shaw) but that influence mainly extended to preying on his feelings of insecurity and inadequacy and turning that into a resentment of the team, rather than any sort of mind control.

Re: cartoon characters - I don't really mind but if I had to vote I would probably be against including any cartoon versions of characters already on the list because: a) I don't remember there being much of a difference between them, other than the cartoon versions suffering from reduced characterization; b) the list seems long enough; and c) I don't have any affinity for the cartoon versions so they'd probably be the first ones I'd vote off anyway.

On that note, is there a reason Menagerie Man is the only Superfriends character on the list or did he slip through an edit somewhere along the line?

Menagerie Man is already listed on wikipedia's main Justice League villain list, so I guess at least one editor thought he was note-worthy for inclusion.

My main problem is the opposite Blacula, as by the time I was reading modern comics (around 2004) writers were already copying the cartoons in the comics. Before that, I primarily had access to my father's comics from the '80s, when the League was not as prominent as Teen Titans or Legion. I am unfamiliar with a lot of the JLA-specific villains.

I have no immediate objection to adding any of these characters, but some of the newer ones might be questioned if there technically wasn't a JL active at the time of publishing (Super-Boy Prime being the one that stands outthe most). I will the floor open to comments before adding them to the list.

I can vouch for a lot of Elvar's additions. The ones that I know of anyway - Mordru, Le Fey, the Cadre, Agamemno, Advanced Man, Electrocutioner, Solaris, Know Man, Johnny Sorrow, Jack O Lantern

I can't remember if Superboy Prime ever fought the League proper either...

Doctor Impossible, Chair, Tender Mercy and Hunter battle Donna Troy's League and all but Doctor Impossible was killed by the Omega Man.
Plura and Devilfish - Advanced Man worked for Plura and Devilfish defected from Aquaman's Justice League of Atlantis to the enemy during the Justice League: Justice LeagueS one-shots.
Brimstone took on the Justice League Detroit and Firestorm during the Legends mini-series.
Krona/Epoch along with Marvel's Grandmaster were the big baddies For the JLA/Avengers 4 issue limited.
Antithesis controled the League causing their sidekicks to take them down and form the Teen Titans.
Konvikt battled the League during the 52 issue Trinity series.
Unimaginable battle the League after trying to join when they were trying to recruit Metamorpho.
Luck League - Amos Forture group who battled the League during its original run.
Amazoids/Men in Black were sent out by Ivo to steal the powers of the most powerful individuals on the planet, Valor, Starman, Red Star, Geo-Force, Rebis and Power Girl in order to end his immortal life during Justice League Quarterly.
Devastator was responsible for severing Booster Gold's arm when he battled the League.
Packrat was revealed to havve battled the League in a past adventure in Legends of the DC Universe #12
Ultraa battled the League a few times in their original inception and after Crisis as a member of the League Busters.

Powderkeg and Time Commander was in ere and needs to be removed.
