Nope, Shagrek was seen, however briefly, in the TMK run - issue 8, maybe? - a just-rescued Mysa was watching a video of Blok saving her from Shagrek.

Apollo was in the Devil's Dozen, not the Taurus Gang.
I was thinking of Mystelor, but I'm now blanking on when I thought Rogarth re-appeared. I'm not really prepared to take the time to dig that up, so whichever of you wants to take the next question is welcome to.

I'm giving it to Blacula, as he got the "original" answer.
I knew that Quanto and Black Mace had appeared in flashbacks, somewhat more extensively than Shagrek and his video.
